Positive: The villa was spacious and overall very clean. The staff was kind, and the rooftop terrace had an amazing view.

Negative: The pool water had a strong chlorine smell, and it caused small wounds on the children’s fingers after spending too much time inside.

Positive: Villa Florale is an amazing place. First of all, the contact with the owner, Mr. Flavio. The villa itself is simply amazing. The quality of the equipment and materials is very high. The owners thought of every detail and everything we needed was there. The view from the villa is stunning and the proximity to Lake Shkoder. Highly recommend the place.

Positive: we went as a group of 12 friends in our late 20s and we were honestly amazed at this property. all mod cons, friendly attentive staff who gave us total privacy, and the most stunning view. pool area was better than expected. honestly nothing bad to say, fantastic value

Negative: honestly it was pretty much perfect. a couple of chairs / loungers on the roof terrace wouldve been nice, but it was easy to take stuff up there
